Q.How much does it cost?

We have great news. AnswersNow is free through the end of July. After that, the price is just $60 a month. That's daily access to your personal autism clinician for a little more than a copay.

Q.What if I want to cancel?

We'd be sad to see you go. But if you absolutely want to cancel your subscription, send a message to support@getanswersnow.com and let us know.

Q.What is Applied Behavior Analysis?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the gold standard for behavior change. ABA is a scientifically proven, data-driven approach endorsed by the US Surgeon General and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Q.I'm having an emergency, should I use AnswersNow?

No. You should contact your local emergency resources.

Q.How do you choose your clinicians?

All of our clinicians are Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a minimum of three years experience working with children on the autism spectrum. We personally vet each clinician and monitor conversations.

Q.What types of questions can I ask my clinician?

Anything! No, seriously. Anything that comes to mind. Our clinicians have deep experience helping parents with all aspects. Some of the common things parents ask for help with:

  • Behavior Issues
  • Questions about academics
  • Assessment and diagnosis questions
  • Documentation review

Q.What if I forget my password?

From the sign in screen on the app, click the 'Forgot Password?' link. Enter the e-mail address you used to register for AnswersNow. You'll receive an e-mail message with instructions to reset your password. Please note: the link is only valid for 24 hours! If you continue to have troubles signing in, email us at support@getanswersnow.com and we will gladly help.

Q.My messages are disappearing?

Oh no! Try these steps:

Q.What if I have two children? Can I still use the app?

Absolutely! Contact us at support@getanswersnow.com and we will gladly get you squared away so we can support you and any number of your children.

Q.How do you protect my data?

The AnswersNow platform encrypts follows best-practices for data privacy and security.

Q.Will I always have the same clinician?

Yes. We strongly believe that support is most effective when a long-lasting relationship is formed between the clinician and the parent.

Q.Can I change my clinician?

Sure! Not everyone meshes perfectly. We have a large pool of clinicians and can work with you to find your best match.
